Hey, this is not a glitch I believe, I had the same issue. All I had to do was manually update the mods on my server because they didn't auto update.

Seems there is a small glitch with version checking. The text I got after updating due to my server started glitching read:



Error while enabling mods: mod [2.0] - (SDK) System Upgrade - Hyperdrive
Booster [2077759463] has the wrong version.
Required: 1.0.*, Installed: 2.0



Hopefully this is a simple typo mistake, easy to fix. Might be good idea to check the rest of the updates you made at the same time, because when I disabled the mod, Shield Booster did the same thing.

On a positive note, the reason we use your mods (we use a lot of your mods, including ship/station overhaul) is because the be so damn good! Keep up the awsomeness, ok?

The HyperspaceCooldown and HyperspaceChargeEnergy bonuses are being applied as `addMultiplyableBias`, rather than as `addBaseMultiplier` or `addMultiplier` as implied by tooltip. This results in absolute changes of less than 1 (small!) rather than percentage modifiers.

Hello, I like your mods very much and hope to load them into the game, but my English is very poor. When I try to translate them, I find that I can't find the corresponding language file. Can you update them for my convenience? Thank you. For example, I see that the author of a mod uses 1695671502/data/localization/ *.po to support other languages:steamhappy:

@SDK Thank you! I will test it straight away! Did some modding myself yesterday, seems somewhat easy yet complicated. It gives a totally difference appreciation for your mods, as they are very creative and well done. I did check some of your code too for reference, looks good!

@SDK Lovely! These mods are so welldone, brings a new way of playing and a new experience to the base game. Great thanks for the effort making them, I can see that they are made with effort and passion for the game. Great work!

Seems like it doesn't work with force enabling currently. Comes up as blank in Equipment dock, with logo, costing 0 credits. Too bad, looked like an interesting mod.

Apologize for the hiatus, I have night classes and kids to deal with during the day so time is limited. I've just updated this locally and will test it briefly with the other specialized mods. I will upload this once I'm finished. Force enabling will allow this to still work till I update it.

Seems to work by forcing it but getting a dedicated server to work with is a pain without an update.

There is a chance "force enabling" this works without problems in 1.1

Reason being that the only "core" avorion file, which is being extended ( upgradegenerator.lua ) is being extended in the way it should be (so it does not "overwrite" the original avorion code)

DIsclaimer: Unless something in the base avorion files has changed which this mod uses to generate it's custom systems - haven't tried yet I'm just checking first which mods seem compatible before continuing my old save.

The above also applies for "System Upgrade - Specialized Military Shield Booster (SDK)"

Does this work with 1.1? We tried it on Beta yesterday and it didnt. I think the other SDK modules did.

Cy, the drones are for anti-boarding defense. I'll be considering rebalancing this mod as I release more of the specialized/military system upgrades. Some of these will most likely become Unique depending on their stats. While the stats are completely randomized they have a much higher potential than the regular game's upgrades.

The various bonus stats are meant to be stacked with other specialized/military mods (as they are released) to allow players to highly tune their ships. One example of min/max stacking of the bonus stats is the Engineer and Mechanic Proficiency bonus. It can be stacked up to 90% allowing a 90% reduction in crew manning for large ships.

what are internal defense drones though? Is that anti boarding?
