try to uninstall and install the mod

If I click download it just downloads a few bytes and says that there is nothing else to download. The only folders I am able to find in the downloaded files are one folder for save games and one folder that seems to be damaged and can't be opened, if I select the mod in the starting menu it just starts the native module without the save games I made in native...
Pls help.

It might be silly but you can use this interactive map from Rome 2. The Empire Divided campagin shows you the location of many of the germanic factions that you use in your mod and which ones where around at that time. https://www.honga.net/totalwar/rome2/faction.php?l=en&v=rome2&f=3c_marcomanni

You should also choose a set date for your mod as it's a little all over the place fx. the Cherusci were the precursors for the Saxons, Alemanni etc.

Nice mod, I would adress the faction names if I were you. It's like you've done half latin names and half greek names.
