first of all: thank you for letting me know. unfortunately Technology Repeated was not updated since march 2020. at this point i decided that i only update this mod when Technology Repeated was updated too in order to avoid any irregularities. having said that i think Technology Repeated should still work fine (and then this comp. patch will work fine too). so i think you are pretty safe to ignore the "outdated" mark and just use this mod + Tech. Repeated. if you want to be more sure about the current status then please remind the author of Technology Repeated to update his mod. As soon as he updated his mod, i will also update this mod.
How i play Aesthetic Cinematic Gameplay" Collection.
if that did not help then please post the exact mod list + mod loading order in the ACG bug report thread and as soon as i feel good enough i will test it myself - although if you are really using my mod collection then the only reason for crashs should be not-correctly updated mods since i am just using this mod collection and for 200 years in the game i had no single crash
i hope that helps
unfortunately i am ill at the moment so i can only offer limited help until i am feeling better again (answers might also take longer than usual).
first of all i would try to unsubscribe and delete this mod and re-download it because either you or your buddy (or both of you) might have an old version of this mod and this might cause your crashes.
you can also try to go to programs/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/281990 and check if there are mod-folders that are "zip"-folders instead of "normal" folders. usually "zip"-folders indicate that those mods haven't been updated correctly
