The performance is the same as vanilla protective gear except for an umbrella. Because BP was difficult, it was released by the research of heavy armor.

Is this armour craftable? If so, where can I find the bp?

Also, do I need an import to make it appear in-game?

Yes, the performance is the same, but the red Samurai-yoroi is the color of the Samurai ace.
