I just ask these things because you seem to want customization;) and while I do not have the ability to do this, I will say, it would be cool to see additions at least kind of like this: so I wonder, would this be possible? and if so would you (or someone) be willing to do this? models for most of this stuff do all ready exist on the Garry's mod workshop if that would make it easier.

As a side not perhaps (after removing the 4 nv bodygroups from the "_c" models) would it then be possible to add night vision goggles (both up and down just like the other ones) on a band that' that particular variant of marine would where just around\on their head?)

(for the marines) Give the "_c" models the 2 grenadier caps as well as the beret (after removing the helmet gas mask and there nv variants from the "_c" models"?

Ss a side note as well as perhaps some incentive to actually do this;) with 2 bodgroups freed up from each of the models could it perhaps be possible to then add the half life style vest with and without the walkietalkie to all of the models? Seeing male and female guards wearing them would be pretty cool I would think. and actually if the walkietalkie could be made into (what I could only assume would then be) it's own bodygroup so that it would work like the flashlight thus freeing up the bodygroup or bodygroups (if the half life style vests were to be added) that it would otherwise use perhaps then could a strap be added for the security guards helmet that would be it's own bodygroup as well?

Okay, thank you both for answering.
I've given it some thought however, and please forgive me for my ignorance if this could in fact not be done; but I wonder; so if this works for black mesa the way it is then great: however at least for Garry's mod (if not both) if you (or someone) were to add a say "guard_c" and a "female guard_c" and a "marine_c" and maybe even a "marine_sg_c" model (c standing for cap I suppose) as well as the 2 3 ect. variants of the models where applicable: would it then be possible to say...
1. Yes
2. Each separate HECU model is set up the way it is for Black Mesa; i.e, masked_marine is for the one with filtered gasmask voices, sg is the shotgun variant with all the ammo packs replaced with shotgun shells etc.
3. We can only add so many bodygroups to each model before we hit hard limits; hence the grenadier caps and guard berets being bonemerged props.

First of all these 2 addons are very cool: secondly I do have a couple of questions though:
1. does this addon overwrite default black mesa models (I have black mesa mounted to Garry's mod and I think it does I would just like that clarified)?
2. Why are there three different models for the marine (marine, masked_marine, marine_sg) if (so far as I can tell at least) they are exactly the same?
3. why are there no bodygroups for the guard's and marine's beret and both of the marine's grenadier caps (while at the same time other models such as the guards do have bodygroups for the grenadier caps)?
