I think you can access the reactor through the containers, they are all connected by conveyors.

The Dropships are carried by Cruisers. The Stahl's prototype cruiser can carry dozens of fighters.

just need to upgrade the carrior or a secondary design to carry all this equipment for travel but still wish they could had given more ship designs in killzone to work with
