It’s working now. After importing my save for another purpose, now I can see the race when start a new game. Idk why but it’s working now.

I don't know if you are a vanilla start or a MOD start, but it was displayed normally on my side.
It is possible that the Mod race does not appear, as follows
1. MOD has not been activated
2.The race at the start has been specified.

Check it again.

I subscribed and it showed in the mod list, but when I start a new game, the race isn't shown up in creating character screen, why?

Don't you hate it when MOD's load orders are so long? I thought it would be easier for me to put it all together in one.
If the standalone version is better, I'll give it some thought.
