Yeah I tried to smooth it out a bit, but because of the engine placement it's hard to make it not pitch up violently. Perhaps I'll remake this in the future.

@[Ho.] Bobit1224 Sorry it took me a while to find this comment. Thank you for improving the control panels, really helped me and my friend redo historical scenarios.

its more manoeuvrable than the real thing but a great plane for just flying around for recreational use

Ha, yeah It's a bit weird.

well, written after first takeoff, you where right about practice
Bobit1224  [author] 13 Oct, 2020 @ 10:23am
I've modified it a bit and it shouldn't pitch up so much while in flight anymore. During takeoff it still likes to pitch up a lot but once you're actually in the air it should work better. Quickly increasing the throttle from say, 30 to 40, will cause it to briefly pitch up a lot. The positioning of the engines makes it very unstable unfortunately. The update might take a while to apply.

Can you improve the flaps? when i go too fast the flaps don't work very well.
Bobit1224  [author] 18 Jul, 2020 @ 4:30pm
S now makes you go up, W now makes you go down. Tell me if it doesn't work.

In response to Abraham Lincoln, I appreciate the offer, however I'm not dedicated enough to maintaining and making changes to this build to feel good about doing that. Thanks anyway.

I can advertise this aircraft too, if you desire to have the word spread.

Hello, that was an issue I forgot to fix. I haven't been playing stormworks much but I'll fix that today.
Cooldloop 18 Jul, 2020 @ 3:55pm
why does s make you go down?
Bobit1224  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 2:14pm
Ah I see sorry for the misunderstanding. I’ll try to redesign the canopy so I can make it eject in an emergency.
TurbulentTurtle 8 May, 2020 @ 2:09pm
Not an ejection seat, as that would be quite un-realistic. The top part of the cockpit, the area that has the glass and the button to get in, is the canopy. If that could be ejected, then you would fly off instead of being stuck in it. Just a suggestion though, as it's up to you what you want to put in your aircraft.
Bobit1224  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 2:06pm
I’ll do some testing with the parachute bail out and mention the best way to go about bailing out in the description. As for an ejection seat, I do plan to see if I can squeeze one in there. No guarantee on that one though. Thanks for the suggestions.
TurbulentTurtle 8 May, 2020 @ 1:58pm
A canopy eject would make bail outs at a high speed better, if you had to bail out right then, as if there was en explosion about to happen.
TurbulentTurtle 8 May, 2020 @ 1:57pm
Yes! One note, that is important for those who need to get out, and something mentionable in the desc, is that in order to bail out, the aircraft has to be very slow, slightly below stalling speed or you'll get stuck in the cockpit. Easy way to do it is to either put full throttle, causing it to go upside down (then exiting with the parachute) or to stall it.

Give me a sec here
Bobit1224  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 1:45pm
It's been added. Please tell me if it works.
Bobit1224  [author] 8 May, 2020 @ 1:16pm
Hm didn't think of that. I'll add one.
TurbulentTurtle 8 May, 2020 @ 12:58pm
No, I mean a parachute inside the aircraft, so you could open the canopy and bail out, should there be a serious problem.
Bobit1224  [author] 7 May, 2020 @ 5:39pm
If you mean an ejection seat no but I plan to add one. If you mean a parachute to simply slow it down then also no.
TurbulentTurtle 7 May, 2020 @ 12:46pm
Can't see in the pictures, does it have a parachute?
