Name lists are on the ‘to do list’ to do after uploading the first stage of the larger mod that I’m working on that will include all races. Hoping to upload it in the next couple of days then take a break from modding for a bit.

As for portraits, I have included them, but they’re far from perfect.

Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy the profitsss!

I made myself a MegaCorp that is called "Teladi Company" and this is the perfect mod for that in multiplayer. I would love to see a full version of them (name list, race portraits etc) Gonna test it out now :)

To not show up at all sounds a little odd.

Try unsubscribing and subscribing again. Also deactivate every other mod except this one to make sure it’s installed correctly. If it is, then there’s some odd mod conflict which should be unlikely

Just to let you guys know, I've finally started working on the new update. Hopefully get it released either this weekend or next week depending how long it takes to port some more station models for the habitats. If someone could crash test it after though that would be great, as I'm sure there's other things beside the habitats and portraits that needs updating/fixing too.

It's mostly some of those xyz cubes for weaponplacement (using nsc). If you do plan to update it, I saw a workshop discussion by Tilarium on fixing habitat (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/discussions/18446744073709551615/3011179244463949287/?appid=281990) Maybe it helps!

@Commisar Aecun, not yet unfortunately, tried a few things but seems like I'll have to completely redo the station files. I'll hopefully have some time to do it this weekend.

FYI: looks like there's a missing closing bracket before the "pop" declaration in teladi_portrait.txt line 74 (i.e. the preceding "species" declaration gets left open), which causes the parser to freak out and complain about unexpected tokens. Found this as part of my deep dive when troubleshooting empire generation issues in my latest game.

I may know why that is. I've included all the config files for the habitats but haven't got round to porting the models for them yet, therefore I'll cut out the habitation files in the next day or 2 until I come to work on them

A very nice shipmod. It does seem to break the graphics of the habitats however; they are completely dark/no light and remain the same when upgraded. Noticed it using voiddwellers origin.

@Rage007 Yep that's definitely the culprit! Had a quick look over that mod, whatever it's doing it's doing something weird... meaning it would take me time to figure it out and make a patch for that mod, which I'd rather spend working on content for this mod.

I noticed that the mod even says not 100% NSC2 compatible yet, so maybe when he works on that a bit more maybe it'll patch problem anyway.

@Rage007 Out of your mod set then we need to find what’s affecting this mod. It’s a process of elimination. Save your test world so it’s easier to jump back into, and begin with only having this mod active to make sure that your steam and downloaded this mod correctly.

Begin activating groups of mod until you narrow it down to a group, then narrow it down to the specific mod/mods. Then I’ll be able to take a good look at it.

When I want to look at a ship set for compatibility to NSC2 I will start a new game with no other races. I set up my race with the ship set I want to look at.
Once i start the game i immediately use research_all_technologies. I then go and review each design in the ship design GUI. Those particular ships had the cubes.

Well I messed around with your mod list for a bit, still struggling to get the same problem. Maybe try playing around with where this mod sits in your load order?

Is the box appearing when you equip a weapon to the ship? As that's what it looks like to me, which would mean your game isn't loading my invisible turret mesh for some reason.

I'll take another look tomorrow.

Ok. Corvette, Cruiser, Strike Cruiser, Escort Carrier, Exploration Cruiser, All defense platforms, Flagship. I have ship sets good for NSC2. I use Guillis ship comp and Technology, the rest are not related to ships

nsc2 . One thing i noticed, those ships have the cube for the sections and some of them didnt. so I think its related to that. I will load up game take a look again for list

@Rage007 oh really? Is this with vanilla or with NSC2? And can you tell me which ships? I’d like to fix that asap
