yeah, it's meant to construct my mid-sized CVs for my ARVn Line.

Pretty good design. MP focus though a bit as it has more space than needed for SP needs and not 'tight' enough crew quarters. Nevertheless not that much extra fluff and a good platform to build ships after some rework. Expensive so not perhaps the first space base to build but definitely a good candidate when it's time to 'get serious' about ship building in space.
