@Baldilocks see the link to the pdx forums for further explanation, but I felt like the Heirs of Alexander content covers these features enough that I have stopped supporting this mod and will focus on other ones.

Hey man there is an insta crash after what i assume is the first event that fires. The new update has seem to down a number on this mod.

The flavor events here relating to the fall of the Macedonian house of Antipatrid have now been included in the base game as of 1.5. I will need to play the game to verify the details, but I will likely need to pull these events and update the mod. This will take a few days.

Nothing about it being fired at this point. I think I was able to avoid it last time I played.
Have you ever thought of doing an immediately post Corpidium Map?

am i the only one that doesnt get the mod to appear in the launcher? i subscribed but i cant enable it to play it.

@Pink Floydian so the event fired for you? The way it is scripted now, I don't think it always fires but if the chain starts then it will probably be railroaded. I'll start a suggestions discussion if you feel that it should fire differently.

Is there going to be an option for Seleucus to not be killed by Ptolemaic exile?

@[Sammy Wammy] The house of Lysimachus doesn't last past 281 BC historically. The events in this mod should reflect that if certain conditions are met. So it doesn't make sense to name it after him, unlike the Ptolemies who ruled all the way up to Rome.
And I actually modded the UI to include a dating system for the Greeks. However, I'm not opposed to using a better UI and inserting my AG years into that if the UI is popular enough. Send a link and I'll consider it.

@NightFlash yes. I'm surprised some of these items weren't included in the deluxe edition for the diadochi. Just so much historical flavor. I had to insert it.
And thanks @Zlor

also can you rename thrace to lysamachia? similiar to what you did with egypt
El Chapo 18 May, 2020 @ 2:49am
any chance of making this compatible with the better UI mod?
Zlor 17 May, 2020 @ 1:41am
Very nice work

Thank you bro! Personally i think this mod adds more historical flavour to the IR game ,it also give the players a broad vision to play this game. Yeah, i mean the origin game itself in greek history is not enough.yahoo.:steamhappy:

@Qiumera if you're asking in terms of map changes, only the Hellenistic world has been modified. The start date is too close to the vanilla one for Rome to see any changes.

Nice bro!!! a question, does this mod affect to other global areas-nations in the world?? I am just speaking about frontiers not events.

Awesome!

All: if you subscribed to the mod immediately after upload then note that there was a bug in the Demetrios-Macedonia event. It was resolved about 3 hours after initial posting (or 10 hours ago from this comment). Main events appear to be firing correctly. Enjoy playing!

Maybe pre-Alexander start date?
John Philoponus  [author] 9 May, 2020 @ 6:31am
@[Army of Two] AXIS it's a symbolic name. The signature play is Demetrios, who fled the ruins of battle to found a new kingdom to the west (for Demetrios, this would be in Macedonia).

Nice set-up, it sounds like a better start date(Havent tried it yet).

But why calling it Aeneas? Aeneas is the mythological Troian, who fled the city and embarked on a journey which would end up in what we know as Rome. According to Virgil he is the ancestral forefather to Romulus and Remus.
What is the link here?
