to open the cheat menu, press tab, now, press the weird icon

Since the modder is too lazy to explain how to use the cheats, just do this:
First, start a new game
Then click the workshop option
Click mods
Right click on the second tab to apply said cheat (the title of this mod)
Load the default map
Then start:steamsad:
