Your spelling Gyeongbokgung, is right. However, 경복궁's character includes the word "palace," which is represented by the end "Gung." While... for whatever stupid reason the tourist translation of the website includes "Gung" when it also includes a Palace... it is alright to state Gyeongbok Palace, as it would be a correct translation of the word.
Similar translation has been done for Cheonan Corvette, which has a full name of Cheonanham (천안함), but the media used only Cheonan since the "ham" would indicate that it is a ship.
As a guy studying Korean, I say "감사합니다."

You know, it also seems like you could create a mod with a lot of theese types of Wonders and make them civ specific. It would be like a buildable UA.
Mont Saint Michel is on my list along with Palais Garnier, they will come on the same day :)
