Hi! Good news, we figured out the problem! Unfortunately it originates in our dumb squishy brains. ^^;

Turns out that even though I had subscribed to this mod, I was actually still using the 1.3 version from the original mod page. Blarg. Anyway, I just turned this mod on and everything is now working fine, so sorry for troubling you with this but I really appreciate you being willing to help!

Hmm, I just tested with only this mod and it shows up in the smithy for me. My guess is there's another mod altering things.

This mod can help https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2363322287 if your husband wants to look for changes to the def with it. (Ignore that it's outdated. Still works fine.)

If you still can't sort it out, swing by the discord linked above :steamthis:. It's easier to troubleshoot there.

Hi, I'm having a bit of an issue and I'm hoping you can help. I was trying to make a scepter but it didn't show up in the recipes at the smithy, even with longblades researched. I found it as a spawnable thing in dev mode so it seems to still exist, I just can't figure out how to craft it.

My husband took a look at the code (he's a bit more tech savvy than I am) and didn't see any other research requirements, and it still mentioned stuff types and amount and crafting skill required so it looks like it's supposed to be something I can make, I just can't for the life of me figure out what I'm missing. ^^;

Any idea what I should do? Can I augment the code in some way to make it show back up? Or was it maybe intended to be removed? I noticed Dead Goat's original mod page doesn't mention the scepter now. Anyway, your insight would be greatly appreciated. :)

It appears that Dead Goat is back and updating their mods again (along with a new addition!)

Since that's the case, I will no longer be maintaining this version for future updates.

Hi, this should be updated in my next batch on Monday. Currently, Mondays are my only available days to focus on these updates, so thanks for being patient.

Attention: I will absolutely be updating all my mods to 1.3. I want to take the time to look at the new code first in order to make sure the code changes are implemented correctly for the new version, as well as make any balance changes, and to implement any relevant new features into my mods,

The upcoming week is going to be busy for me already as the busy season for my real job is just beginning and goes pretty heavy through the fall and holiday season. But I will try to find the time as soon as I am able. My goal is to have all my mods ready for the official release in a couple weeks.

note I will be maintaining support for 1.2 after the update to 1.3 but I a have already moved on from 1.1 or older, so, those versions will not be maintained unless they are naturally compatible.

This mod is compatible with the Combat Shields mod now. I'm not currently playing with either of these mods so let me know if anything is off.

i have a problem where the ranged weapons dont work, is it incompatible with CE?
