能不能给模块添加一个向外输出的连线信号,传送一次就输出一个逻辑信号。

So far, I have needed 16 to warp every 2 ticks, but the game is not happy. Is this a quirk of the warp drive, or the reason the cool-down exists?

Hey, what's the cool-down on the warp drive? So far I have been able to get around it by using 4 or so parts to warp every 2 gt, but a more precise answer would be appreciated! Thanks!

the mod is great, but I ran into a little problem. any value in x and y that I set in warp drive is multiplied by 4, for example: if I set the value to x-10, then I am teleported to x-40. of course, this can be easily fixed by dividing the coordinates , but it 's still not pleasant

Great mod, you prolly dont wanna go back to it after so much time but it would be great if you somehow made it so that walkable portal gives you kinda like a sneakpeak into where you are going, kinda making it a lot more seamless.

ok i know this is super random and on a like really old mod that has very little support id imagine, but is there any possible way to force a character into a seat from a teleport?

If I remember correctly then the coordinates correspond to the internal scale of the game. The modpack uses blocks (* 4) of the coordinates used by the warp drive. I should probably remove the restriction since larger maps are possible.

Is there any reason why the warp drive works from -1000 to 1000 and not normal cords (at least from what the modpack says)?

I can do that but I won't be able to do it this year probably. Maybe you can work around the problem by using a bit of modpack logic to determine the position that you have to be at when you want to jump forward?

would you add a jump drive? like the warp drive but directional. so you could jump like 100 blocks forward. not just to a specific place

you should be able to use modpack logic without the value counters at all. let me know if its not working then ill take a look

at the moment this wont be possible (looking through the portals). im not sure how the modding update will influence this. the only way you could achive the infinite map would be by placing teleportations at places that the player wouldnt notice. the idea however sounds really nice. i tested a couple of things for procedural building generation but it never gotten to an actual project

hey question for a mod idea, is this possible? i'm looking for like draggable portal blocks, which you can link together and maybe can look through? (im making a backrooms map, but otherwise a bit difficult to have basically infinite levels dont you think?)

Did you take a look at the description? You use a white input to trigger the warp to the specified position (x - gray | y - dark gray | z - black)

i just updated the mod with a new cool part... the warp drive to teleport vehicles around the map. its in the beta atm because only people in seats and parts connected to the vehicle that you port are being teleported. i will see if i can get a system working with good performence when teleporting players inside the vehicle / close by the vehicle as well. besides that i might also add rotations so that you can decide what offset rotation you want to apply to your vehicle during the port (e.g. turning 90° to the left) but i have to see if its easy to use! anyway i hope you like this small new feature :D

i updated the mod :) sorry that it took so long (forgot about this issue :/ ) but maybe as a small heads up ... im currently working on a jump / warp drive that allows you to port hole creations like space ships through the world :D

omg this is genius! now i could make SMART portals! (if thats ok.. :/) that could open up when the player is nearby the portal and transfer the player to the other portal!

Well, I was the first person to make a Portal parts mod, so its been a hot minute since I did anything mod-related for this game. If you get a working prototype, let me know and I will gladly help you with all the visual stuff. I've made portal camera experiments before, so if that's possible in SM I'd be glad to try and help make it work. (my mods were super scuffed, but I was so inexperienced back then)
