Through my test, it works now.
But I noticed it does not work with custom mods that already have their own animations, did not realize this before.
With your mod, I found that Coach can crawl on local servers, but not on dedicated servers.
Inside the VPK, there is only anim_coach.mdl. Could you add the crawl animation to this mod, make sure he can crawl properly on dedicated servers too?

I don’t want to use the xdR version — I just want to use this one, since it covers all animations. But like others have said, on my dedicated server it results in a shotgun T-pose bug.

Could you fix it?

I’m just wondering why this mod has the bug, while others like “Nick with Bill’s animations” or “Ellis with Bill’s animations” work fine?

Just making sure I've got everything straight; So this mod basically replaces ALL of coach's weapon's animations with Bill's, right? So, there isn't a need to be subscribed to all the individual XDR animation replacement mods that you've made, @Rise? dont know how your getting that bug when its been fixed for awhile now

in a Private Official Dedicated Server and whenever his health reaches 40 and below the T-pose bug happens. It happens with both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Shotguns.

@Chaindlayne I don't care, I also have a mod that gives Ellis Bill's animations. If you don't like my preferences why don't you go complain about it on twitter.

@Shad3rEVO Better that than every character using the same recycled animations, everybody knows L4D2 was rushed and all these unused things finally seeing the light of day just keep putting salt on the wound.

I hate the new animations that were added in The Last Stand update, Coach playing with himself is NOT what I would call improved.

It is his coach mod causing the issue, I told him to try to disable it and the issue is gone.

We did some more tests, and it seems like if the host is using a coach model with zoey animation, this pistol T-pose will appear whenever the host see coach doing the "shooting while moving" pistol animation, unless they either disables said coach mod or subscribe to this as well.
