Esse mod deu problema em meu modpack, simplesmente meus colonos não mineravam nem implorando e eu passei horas investigando mod por mod até descobrir que o culpado é justamente esse mod

This mod broke my game in 1.4 and 1.5, makes pawns just stand around and do nothing, and not able to mine etc.

Was causing an issue where mechanoids couldn't mine rock or ore, for anyone trying to troubleshoot. This mod was doing it

You seem to have moved away from modding, but I would have been happy to see this updated. I made a sound mod and realized it doesn't get any better than this.

Had to uninstall this, sadly. Not only was this mod causing Chain Bolts from Vanilla Psycasts Expanded to become permanently tethered to pawns who casted it, but it was also crippling my game's performance. Uninstalling the mod fixed both issues.

Got the same error with Chain Lightning from Vanilla Psycasts Expanded. Didn't happen the first time, but once it happened it didn't go away until I disabled this mod. Also caused a lot of lag and prevented pawns from collapsing from exhaustion. Ruined the sound of lightning bolts from storms as well - sounds more like fire.

Yep, can confirm this mod is dumping a harmony.log onto the user desktop and generally lagging. Perhaps it's in a debug state from the last update? Disabling for now.

Is anyone else noticing `harmony.log` files on their desktop when using this mod?
The only mod-relevant line I noticed within the file points to here.

Ended up just removing the mod, thanks for making it save game removable! I love this mod by the way, makes the combat way better.

Hello! Found a bit of a weird interaction between this mod and Vanilla Expanded Psycasts. Here's the top of the error:

In the game, the chain lightning psycast beam is tethered to the point of impact and it looks like the particle effects are triggering over and over again. The issue only appeared after re loading the game. Not sure how to fix, quite far into this save and the framerate has been tanked :(

If a bullet hits the ground, a yellow error message is displayed.
Probably the same phenomenon as Kayedon on Nov 30, 2020.

The sound effects for generic explosions are my favourite. Absolutely delicious. Wish I could make one of these too, I really want to edit some specific gun sounds but the only guides I can find just baffle my tiny brain lol

Sat down and made it work with 1.3 again.
Unfortunately it was.. not clear cut, considering it took me a few hours. I didn't realize it, but some of the methods changed from 1.3 to 1.4, and in ways that broke the 1.4 assembly, so I had to work on getting that fixed. Should be good now though. ... I think.

Just copy what you had before updating to a 1.3-dedicated folder and you're good to go, more or less.

I mean, all you had to do was to keep the old code as it is and then create a new folder with 1.4 and specify both versions in xml... Basically all the other mods do that.

1.4 changes the way sounds are loaded into the game (which is why it was completely broke in 1.4), so it's technically not backwards compatible. I can work on getting both versions working soon though.

Recently got into Rimworld again so I took a look and made sure things were working with 1.3. Looks like it does so I've uploaded a version with 1.3 set as compatible.

This mod is working FINE in 1.3. However:

Having played without it after months and used vanilla sounds I am surprised to say I like vanilla better:
In Vanilla the sounds of each weapon (grenades especially) are truly, clearly distinct.

In this mod while the sounds of explosions have a bit more "oomph," they are not very distinct. And I can't tell instantly by the sound when a smoke, or emp, or frag explosion has gone off. They ARE distinct, but not as clearly different from each other as in vanilla.

So back to vanilla I go.
