but if for some reason, the mod still gives problems, let me now in the comments!
Also, the answer to your question is "YES". Creatures of the same Archetype can all perform Xeno-Compatibility. Any Biological creature can go to town with any other.
According to Reddit's "What Those Patch Notes Really Mean", so can Lithoids...
The Hidden Eye Lizard Illumanati had unique mechanics. Someone fixed all the portraits, but not the mechanics. They originally relied on Caste Systems from the Tile mechanics, where Pops were enslaved on certain tiles. However, the version that fixed the portraits sacrificed that and replaced with the Servitor Morale system.
Basically, in the modern version of "Stellaris", the mechanics would work simply by counting the ratio of Illuminati Lizards to all other Pops. The more there are, the lower Stability and Unrest go. The less, the happier Pops get and the better the Great Illusion remains.
This is the last working version, with portraits that still function: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1521372516 .
Have you considered revising the Silicon Race pack? People have tried to merge it before and have failed.
