does this work for the AI too? because they still always make collaborations immediately upon reaching 80%, which would lag the game out super hard.

how did you make this? i want to try tweak around at it

Can you make a 0.2 version? I know i can change it, but its for multiplayer with friends, easier that way. 1.0 means 100% in 100 days or so, too short imo :D THanks for your work

You're meant to form them by doing "prepare collaboration government" missions via your intelligence agency. The real issue with the collaboration governments is not base compliance gain, but the fact that the aforementioned mission can't be done on already annexed/fully occupied territory.

This is pretty much necessary if you don't want to take a millennia to get collaboration governments. I understand the argument that compliance takes forever to build realistically, but we're playing a game, the gameplay has to be fun and at least have a point. Non-aligned got shafted the worst in la resistance.

Non democratic countries are the only ones who can form them, yet they can't form them until the game is pretty much over. It makes no sense that democracies have faster compliance gain, when you have countries like Ukraine who ran into the Nazis arms and w/e.

Thanks for responding so fast, cheers! I understand and its a valid point. I notice that a lot of mods radically change values or balance while i think smaller changes keep the game more fun.
Might have a idea for this mod if you're interested!

@Lipton - Yeah, I was thinking about it, but in the end, I just wanted the value to not take years to build up. So I ended up just changing the base value gain and that was it. Since there are lots of complaints on how long the compliance takes to build up, im thinking Paradox might fix it but, if they do not, I might make a mod that overhauls the system to be a bit faster.

Awesome mod! But for me the base value is to high, a value between 0.100% and 0.150% would be more realistic. Ever planning releasing the same mod on values like that?
