The new government types functioned but it pulled from the standard empire civics and not the megacorp civics.
I've checked and I think this mod should work fine for 3.5.3 as is?
This mod now requires Scripted Triggers Undercoat as a prerequisite.
I'm going to update this mod eventually but I've got a lot of mods to update and I expect this to be one of the more time-consuming ones to update.
