Ah that's in my Generic Mod Collection, which I run with which ever country I run, but I'll make sure it's enabled in here also, thanks for the information

The issue was Nando's Cargo Asset Set mod is required. You should add that mod to this collection.

This modlist causes a crash when starting a new game.
