Hope it helps!
The new power armors made for Royalty was actually made by Oskar Potacki. The psionics mod did exist before Royalty, but the idea of psionic powers is very common in science-fiction, from Dune to Star Wars to Warhammer 40k. It of course also existed in Rimworld with the whole psychic waves thing.
There are actually quite a few mod concepts that has been integrated into Rimworld. I doubt Ludeon would 100% steal something like that.
Maybe he thinks the armor from this mod looks like the new armor Royalty added for the Empire pawns or something. I only know one thing that made me raise an eyebrow related to inspirations was the psionics mod whatever it was called. But hey, it was nice to get something like that integrated to the game directly. Ideas are cheap, barely anything is truly unique anymore.
Anyway, even in this case Ludeon didn't make a carbon copy of it so there is no real case to be had. Dick move? Sure. Unethical? Most people might agree. Illegal? Definitely not.
You literally cannot steal an idea. That's the first thing you learn about copyright law. If someone has the same idea as you, and you make that idea into a product first, then it's yours, not theirs.
Also, there's literally nothing in this mod that's in base game Rimworld, so I don't get what the heck immortal is talking about.
Just because you haven't seen a problem doesn't mean they don't exist. You could have read a few comments, even on this very page to find a report of one. That would have been enough to know something is up even without knowing how Rimworld modding works. Nice gotcha attempt though, but just like your predecessor's show of knowledge, it ended up just being good old Dunning-Kruger effect.
@Hykal
Yeah, just ripped o... got inspired by. You can't steal the immaterial after all.
Ludeon hasn't "stolen" anything so no.
>has an Assemblies folder
>adds research
Imagine pretending you know what you are talking about.
@bearhiderug sorry about the tablet when I got the time I'll try to fix it no promises tho. I have new priorities now :(
@Red-Eyed_Fairace that will help alot thanks! :)
<generateCommonality>0</generateCommonality>
<generateAllowChance>0</generateAllowChance>
That prevents the AI from spawning with this and thus making the items only available to the player when they craft it
@lelbaro
I'll try installing that.

LB Vanilla Armors Retexture
When did the errors pop up? If it still gives you an error can you provide a Github log report. Thanks!
I am using Sector seven with your CE path and your retexture mod, and I am getting error messages for all of the helmets. Including cowboy hats :
Failed to find any textures at Things/Pawn/Humanlike/Apparel/CowboyHat/CowboyHat_Male while constructing Multi(initPath=Things/Pawn/Humanlike/Apparel/CowboyHat/CowboyHat_Male, color=RGBA(0.820, 0.659, 0.153, 1.000), colorTwo=RGBA(1.000, 1.000, 1.000, 1.000))
I have the tablet and I think the 600% boost is way too much! I can knock out the basic stuff in a day! I think even a 50-100 percent boost would work better.
