Great... it seems the user hasn't enabled Downloads for this Puyo Blobs.. i could host a download link for them myself but i don't want to due to not having any permission by the user but i have a Deviant Art accound & i will ask them about it & fingers crossed they are nice people so they can allow them models to be downloaded.

I just downloaded the file from the link & unzipped it in my Garry's mod Addons folder.

Maybe this will help.
