what does apollyon and hardcore mode do?

On Alvulnax Version of Difficulties have some bugs and diffenence of damage only for common infecteds, but on my version difference of damage not only for common, but for all, for examle: Hunter pounce damage on nightmare/fiendish.... (alvulnax version) like in expert: 15 damage, on my version was changed for all difficulties.. Names and description for my difficulties i used from him mod because of my terrible english. In next update titles of my difficulties are already changed

Endless death mechanic for Hardcore and Apollyon was taken from the abandoned No-Entry mutation: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=275013889 . If you think that i stolen those mutations, ok...
