This mod does not work for me, there's not even a settings tab. It may be because I'm using other medical related mods idk. If the issue is related to medical beds as you think it is, wouldn't it have been easier to just to make a separate bed entirely for the medbay instead of patching something other mods would likely also patch, thus causing incompatibilities?

even when they arent reserved it often doesnt work. i dont suppose its possible to make the medbay ignore reservations or take priority over doctors instead of doctors cancelling the medbays reservation on a pawn?

The medbay wont heal/tend any patient in the room that is reserved by another pawn(medic/). It means if a far medic decided to tend/treat the patient, the medbay wont do its thing.

ok looks like i finally found the issue, nursing jobs take priority over the medbay in terms of reservations on a pawn, which is an issue because it means that they wont get tended by the medbay until someone has made sure theyre fed and washed(dubs bad hygiene)
i assume this is an issue with the nursing job mod as medbay appears to take priority over doctoring jobs, but doesnt take into consideration the nursing job

looks like the issue may have been that the pawns were reserved, and forbidding the entrance didnt cancel that reserved only hid it, though the log previously wasnt showing up any information about who was in the room or what the room was made of so idk what was up with that

could you decrease work amount? and also make if possible to stop and continue afteward, instead of cancelling all work

So it removes scares to a certain point. I forgot about that. The wording could be better for many things. I need to ask someone to help on that point.

Ahh so At first I though max regen is a point per hour or something value. Turns out its actually a percentage of how much it can regen a wound and not an actually regeneration speed.

I finally got to the point to actually use the medbay. Left at default auto and it started to regenerate a pawn resting in a huspital bed next to it.
now... The pawn had a brain scar and 3 yellow injury already tended. The med bay regeneration was applied to the brain scar (which I did not mind) but after a couple of seconds it stopped and since then it does not do anything. The medbay is fueled and powered the pawn is still in the bed. I'm not really sure what happened. It still has normal injuries and the brain scar is still 1,5 points. The log says the pawn is healthy (which he is obviously not.)

Removed all mentioned mods started a new game, used dev mode to finish tech. Placed down the ghost and as soon as I click on it. same error spam. (mind you if the building is finished there are no errors. Only when its still under construction)
Same for all all 3 tiers.
I then proceeded to remove all mods besides harmony core Royalty and the mod manager.
new colony dev mod for tech. Same error.
Added hungslib and proceeded to do the same just so I can post a log.

I tried to replicate your issue without success. I suspect that another medical mod is conflicting.
From your modlist, I can see:
- Medical System Expansion
- Medical Tab (not sure it adds any building though, so it's not very likely to be a probem source)
- VanillaExpanded.VFEMedical

The MedBay patches the HospitalBed definition to become a linkableFacility for it. If another of the medical mods does it, but in a way that does not respect other mods, that could be the source of the issue.

Could you try to do a test without both mods, then with 1 of each, to figure out which one could be the incompability source ?

- Fixed : Filth compressor not registering draining tiles properly
- Balanced : Filth compressor fuel consumption divided by 8, it was way too expensive for what it provides.

Hi there, shoutout to Youtuber Roll1D2 for mentioning this mod. So I just added it to my running save, researched and now I don't know how to get medistone. Can't set my long range scanner to it and don't find the bill to create it. Oh wait, chemical lithotherapy research just finished. Now I can create them on stonecutter bench (which I didn't even had built because of Project Rimfactory) So why can I research Tier 1 Medbay way before the medstones, but I need medstondes to build tier1 medbay?! Ridiculous.

Hey. So my colonists keep trying to use Medifuel as medicine, and it's almost got my colonists killed a few times, because it simply does NOT work as medicine, the doctors get stuck in a loop

Insect meat is not allowed in the new recipes, but human meat is.

I added 2 research items :
- Alternative medifuel recipe (10 units per recipe)
- Alternative medifuel advanced recipe (50 units per recipe)
Each insect meat unit is replaced by 1.5 meat unit + 0.5 vegetable unit.
I updated the filth compressor texture, and the research tab organization.

I will update to allow all the meats but I was working on another mod. I kinda liked the need for insect meat, so maybe I will make the regular meat cost higher. Insect meat is usually a bad ressource to have, and there it becomes like a blessing.

I have found that sourcing insect meat for medifuel is increasingly difficult. Would you consider making it so any meat would work for the recipe?

Regeneration, for this medical device, is about giving health back to non missing parts. It weakens injuries graduently making the patient healthier, but it wont grow back missing parts. I think there are other mods that focus on growing back missing parts. If it's not released yet, it will soon : I saw someone in the rimworld discord working on it. It has great visuals.

No idea about mods that are not working with it. I specially dont see why tending would work and regen would not. Maybe your guys are full bionic ?

Regeneration does not appear to be working for me... Game's heavily modded though, might be a conflict... Are you aware of any mods that DON'T work with Medbay?
