These are very nice, your texture work is top notch. The very subtle weathering adds so much. many people would just apply a "plaster texture" to the side of a building and let it tile, but you bake in a perfect gradient of wear from top to bottom. It's stuff like that that makes buildings really pop and feel real.

Those numbers are not accurate :) I was thinking about rebalancing my buildings but gave up because the game seems very inconsistent here too.

There is 44 apartments in the building. May be 88 citizens.
