Ok first things first, Really well detailed fantastic job my only nit pick with the level design is it felt a bit 'cramped' I think if we are going to have all the really cool realisitic terrain (tables, chairs, lamps etc.) It needs to be expanded to allow more movement room.

Noticed a bug, when picking up the keycard in the toilets of the strip club it didn't register on my HuD that I had a key in my inventory.

Also why does Duke always live in a really grubby apartment? Duke is a billionair playboy, like iron man without needing the suit.
