Sorry but it doesn't appear to work correctly :D.
When I add your patch and try to edit the United Nations, I see duplicated civics. When I try to remove the duplicates, the game crashes.

While this mod still works I will move it to my legacy mod collection . I will no longer update it.
This patch mod changes only a prescripted empires file so nothing game critical. Anyone willing to pick this up just feel free (not that there is anything to do with it anyway.)

Greenshadow: This should not happen. Something must have changed from the time base mod and this patch was made so both base mod and this patch would "cause" this bug now.

Update:
- Fixed potential duplicate entries by switching from full file overwrite to LIOS. Will generate harmless error.log entry because of that.

If you still experiencing the bug resubscribe to both mods while Stellaris is off but Steam on.

- Updated descriptor to 2.8. No changes needed. Universal thumbnail.

@Sn4ke_G4ming Both Human Variety and this patch work fine. You have another mod which overwrites 00_top_countries.txt file, specifically humans1 key in prescripted_countries. You can use Irony Mod Manager [bcssov.github.io] to hunt it down and solve conflicts (or search your workshop mod folder for top_countries.txt file. Alternatively, put this patch at the bottom, might help.

I will check the mod in a few hours to make sure I have removed gfx files. The only thing this mod should contain is prescripted_countries folder.

I believe so, this patch fixes premade empires, it does not contain any files for the actual outfits and hair.

Stellaris launcher won't allow me to enable this mode because "it lacks a descriptor file"
