This is a problem with the OWB itself not marking the Texas tag as civilized. I will update the mod with a workaround that lets tribals use the civilized namelists

On the subject of Texas, when I form the Provisional Republic, I get reset to the regular "tribal" namelists. Is there a way around this?

@Pamparampampamparam That's a problem that I can't really do anything about because it would involve messing with other files that would screw up compatibility.

There seems to be a problem where the AI will by default use the Armored Division namelist for everything.

I deleted it since it couldn't be updated with PDX's new launcher. This mod has the exact same files as the 1.7 version though.

Thank you for re-uploading this. Do you know what happened to the old 1.7 version?


Oh and for those who may have issues, this appears to only work on a fresh save.
