This doesn't download for me, as well as some other MC mods, and they look really interesting and nice, anyone else have same problem?

i found an incompatibility with civ iv leader traits, any suggestions or tips for figuring out how to get these to work?
mustachewarfare 22 Oct, 2019 @ 12:38am
something is weird. completion policy doesn't trigger double yield. I know back in the day it used to. Anybody has same issue?

I thought the geoglyph wouldn't make up for how bad desert is... until I realized they CAN go on floodplains. Damn now that's a tasty tile improvement.

Does not seem to be YnAEMP compatible anymore. Bullshit

This civilization doesn't have civ specific decisions when using E&D? I don't get any, anyway. I get all the other Events and Decisions but no specifics for Nazca :P
Raim 18 Nov, 2017 @ 4:33pm
This is the best Civ I ever got for V. Can you make a version of it in VI? Preferably with a similar time improvement and UB.
Bojangles.Chicken 5 Nov, 2017 @ 9:00pm
can you add alien spacecraft as their special unit
Skitterbug 2 Aug, 2017 @ 4:03am
The unique improvement isn't showing up in the game at all. Nothing when selecting the civ, no option to build it with a worker, nothing about it in the agriculture tech, no civilopedia entry, nothing. Any ideas as to what might be causing it?

where can i find this mod besides steam because the dropbox link doesn't work ?

I'm having an issue with this mod and E&D; for some reason the Nazca decisions don't show up for me, any idea how I can fix this?
Narrelama 11 Dec, 2016 @ 2:33am
Woaw - most OP civilization I've played yet. I've gone millenia in a row with continuous golden ages. And every start up is a near guaranteed win. Built every wonder.
Wanna have a relatively easy ride, I can guarantee u this will work. But still, they are good fun to pla. Dunno how the AI will cope, but I'd suspect they are a real pain in the ass to play against.

Thumbs up.

Hey guys question does autoworker make geoglyphs?
Futa Sorceress 12 Jul, 2016 @ 11:40pm
I'm getting a crash using this and the civ 4 leader traits mod, I managed to fix it by editing a part of a file from another mod that was working and slapping it into this and deleting the reference to that mod from the .modinfo file from this mod. I was looking through the original file and this one and the only difference between that and the one I edited is where it says

INSERT INTO Leader_SharedTraits
(LeaderType, TraitOne, TraitTwo)
SELECT 'LEADER_MC_CAHUACHI', 'POLICY_INVENTIVE_X', 'POLICY_SPIRITUAL_X'
WHERE EXISTS (SELECT * FROM Policies WHERE Type = 'POLICY_PHILOSOPHICAL_X');

the edit was

INSERT INTO Leader_SharedTraits
(LeaderType, TraitOne, TraitTwo)
VALUES ('LEADER_MC_CAHUACHI', 'POLICY_INVENTIVE_X', 'POLICY_SPIRITUAL_X');

I don't know how or why or if it's just me (I was getting the same crash for CL's Dene) but thought I'd share.

still enjoying this mod. this is one of the best mods in the game... :steamhappy:
Fernando Sly 14 Jun, 2016 @ 8:01am
This mod and the Omans always seems to crash my game when its Civ5 is configuring the game data. Even with the lastest update installed it still crashes. I've downloaded other civs but they never caused any problems for me, it's only these two. Once I disable it the crashes stop happening. My other mods are on the compatibility list so I'm kind of at a loss right now. Any ideas on what might cause this?

Very strong and fun civilisation. I was originally going with a quiet little 4 city tradition, but then the the worthless desert was too tempting and I conquered everything so I could cover it with geoglpyhs. Notably, the geoglyph does stack with floodplains - which it probably shouldn't, they're quite good on flat desert without the extra +2 food and you'd think the whole flooding thing would wash away the geoglyphs. The UB's a bit lackluster because the upkeep was too high, fresh water wasn't a big deal and they don't do anything for geoglyphs but water mill replacements are usually a bit lackluster anyway so what gives.
Venustate 14 Mar, 2016 @ 12:23am
what are the mods it supports?
Gilded Champ 7 Mar, 2016 @ 8:02pm
hmmm how odd. this mod seems to crash my game. Any suggestions?

I do have a great deal other mods. some do change how some civs work, and one gives all original civs and a few mod civs two special abilties from a list. could it be those? also I have a Nasca Lines wonder mod. Perhaps that is confusing the mod?
twentyonelol 10 Jan, 2016 @ 10:55pm
very strong and very fun civ. thanks for the work.
Anon_2 21 Dec, 2015 @ 7:25am
This is a great mod. One note - you might want to adjust the benefit you get after you found your fourth city. From my experience, the ideal for a cultural victory is two cities. When you found your third city you increase culture costs by 10%. The fourth city adds an additional 10% for a total of 20% extra cost over the ideal. This is the cost per policy. So if, as it it currently is set, you give half the cost of the next social policy as the reward for founding the fourth city, the reward is a net loss after just two social policies. My suggestion would be to make a reduction in the cost of social policies of 10% as the reward for founding the fourth city.

I enjoyed playing your mod alot, but there were no extra points generated towards a golden age.
arrioch 6 Aug, 2015 @ 4:24am
@CandyToast Stupid question, but - did you actually assign a citizen to work that tile?
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 5 Jul, 2015 @ 12:34pm
Yep
Pouakai  [author] 2 Jul, 2015 @ 8:21pm
Have you adopted the social policies?
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 2 Jul, 2015 @ 12:05pm
Love the mod so far. But for some reason the geoglyphs aren't giving me the yields it says they are. I mean, they say everything that is appropiate, but I am not actually receiving the faith, production, etc. Is this a glitch? What can I do?
hivernal 9 Jun, 2015 @ 11:59am
What are the '10 other mods'?
Bad Badger 6 Jun, 2015 @ 6:50pm
jstar: It's called "La Danza del Chaman", by Juan Carlos Arkawa. You can find it in your MODS folder, too!

I love this civ!! I started in this awesome huge desert, with plenty of flood plains by my capital. Flood plains + geoglyphs = powerful. I rapidly expanded to eight cities and then discovered that my neighbors were psychotic Japan and Assyria (They had already exterminated two civs). They both invaded, but they lost - now im debating accepting their peace or squashing them. Difficulty setting : Emperor. Thanks y'all for this awesome civ and the good times!
Wexthar 19 Mar, 2015 @ 7:27am
do they have desert start bias?
Joe 17 Feb, 2015 @ 6:43pm
Can someone please tell me the name of the Nazca theme, where it's from, or where to download it? I love this song, and Andean music in general, I'd love to know more about this piece!
Excellent mod to everyone involved in making it btw, always play with it on now!
Pouakai  [author] 29 Jan, 2015 @ 5:57pm
Not yet, but it's coming
aberg 29 Jan, 2015 @ 5:10pm
There is no support for Events and Decisions?
Faysal 1 Jan, 2015 @ 10:08pm
Awsome civ, Pouakai, thank u so much for making it compatible with Gedemons TSL map!

It is an important civ game-wise to fill up South America and counterbalance Brazil, but I must say Gedemons map doesnt provide a good environment for Nazca to grow in.

Then again, THANKS!!

Who does the music?
ilectrcbob 20 Nov, 2014 @ 1:49pm
very fresh civ...and very nice music too. Great work
Rizzorat 18 Nov, 2014 @ 11:05am
This is one of the funnest civilizations I have played, starts out strong and becomes a strong world power, best on a desert map. Music is very good.
llama 25 Oct, 2014 @ 12:07pm
I LOVE their music! It's the bomb! Thank you for this mod!
Pouakai  [author] 12 Oct, 2014 @ 9:22pm
Yeah
Abu Hajaar 12 Oct, 2014 @ 3:55pm
does it need BNW
Mojave Neon 30 Sep, 2014 @ 4:52pm
Wow, easily one of my favorite mod civilizations. So well done. Playing as the Nazca on the Sandstorm map is a ton of fun. The only suggestion I would make would be to darken either the lines or the background on the Geoglyph tile improvement, as it currently blends almost completely in with the flat desert tiles upon which it is built, and you have to look real close to see it there. Other than that though, I can't think of anything I disliked about this mod.
daigotsumax 21 Sep, 2014 @ 5:28am
What a great mod :) It really encourages you to play differently :) it's quite powerful but I think not OP given the opportunity cost of spreading the policies, and the limited amount of flat desert tiles.
Dark 8 Sep, 2014 @ 7:04am
cant get it to download ethier
w0cks 3 Sep, 2014 @ 9:15pm
Interesting concept, and very well executed. I have to give congrats to the creators!

It's on CivFanatics, search for 'Nazca' under Civ 5 mods
