I mean an actual stabilizer, not a bunch of weight boxes. Your ship shouldn't sit low or even capsize if you add linear track bases and a proper stabilization system.
Alex1889  [author] 3 Jun, 2020 @ 1:13pm
@jmatt Stability when fixed makes her ride too low in the water. You only added decks and not furniture, lights and actual cargo
jImBo 3 Jun, 2020 @ 12:27pm
stability is hardly an issue. I know this because I was able to take the Agate and give her two extra decks, with loads of room for cargo, passenger spaces, and much much more. I tried her out in the world and she did just fine, even when facing 100% wind.

Of course I only put in the decks and not full interiors, but even if that was an issue, it's so easy to fix with a stabilization system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUr4yN18BxU

The ship clearly is lacking in detail, and can easily be improved with just more dedication.
May I also add the advice of putting in doors on your ships, which block out the lower levels of the ship from flooding. Many thanks.
Alex1889  [author] 3 Jun, 2020 @ 3:19am
@jmatt Yes I know I can't make paddle ships reverse properly I'm not an engineer person. Already made a point in other comment. What's wrong with that? Once again stability. I spent over a week on this mainly because of the lower interior I had to gut because it would capsize or sit high enough in the water that the lowest exterior deck would have water on it. I know you're trying to give helpful criticism but it's just too small of a ship to have that but I will try to add to your feedback on my newer ships.
Alex1889  [author] 3 Jun, 2020 @ 3:15am
@UssYorkTownCV5 Well I can't make more interior without it sitting so low in the water and I'm not good at hulls
jImBo 2 Jun, 2020 @ 12:45pm
I really don't want this to come off as mean, it's just quality of the ship that really needs work.
UssYorkTownCV5 2 Jun, 2020 @ 12:42pm
I would not even say a day
jImBo 2 Jun, 2020 @ 12:40pm
The ship doesn't go backwards Dave. It's interior doesn't have any doors or any spaces below the deck. You use 6 horns for a tiny paddle steamer. Cargo holds and spaces are non existent, and non functional. I mean idk, it just seems like this ship was built in a day or two.
UssYorkTownCV5 2 Jun, 2020 @ 12:37pm
a interior thats not restricted to the super structure, and a less simple hull (this goes for all of your ships)
Alex1889  [author] 2 Jun, 2020 @ 12:28pm
@UssYorkTownCV5 It's literally a small paddle wheeler what else do you want
UssYorkTownCV5 2 Jun, 2020 @ 12:01pm
Ive seen way better

Aquatic Star Lines 26 May, 2020 @ 7:34am
How many passengers can the Agate accommodate?
Aquatic Star Lines 21 May, 2020 @ 9:36am
Ok.
Alex1889  [author] 21 May, 2020 @ 9:27am
@Orange Star Lines You can upload them but only to Friends-Only please
Aquatic Star Lines 21 May, 2020 @ 9:19am
I'm not asking for a yes. But if it's a no, I'll still do the funnel paintjob, just not uploading it.
Aquatic Star Lines 21 May, 2020 @ 9:11am
Basically I'm just going to paint the funnels black but add no lifeboats since well, who needs them?
Aquatic Star Lines 21 May, 2020 @ 9:07am
Can I make war refits of some of your ships? I'll give credit to you and link the original ships.
Aquatic Star Lines 21 May, 2020 @ 9:07am
Oof.
Alex1889  [author] 21 May, 2020 @ 9:03am
@Orange Star Lines Nope that's a completely different ship lol
Aquatic Star Lines 21 May, 2020 @ 8:49am
Is this the paddle steamer you made in your video yesterday? If so, you've damned her to a nasty fate thanks to those lifeboats.
