I never made a vehicle dedicated to the hangars, I left it up to the user to make their own things that fit their needs and fit the spots I provided.

What goes in the back hangar? I mean, I tried every vehicle posted.

I made a concept speeder bike that had a connector in the rear. if needed a person could remove the middle armor block section to make a proper wide hangar

@Eternal Flame - the thruster packs are spaced 3x3 so people can replace it with large atmo thrusters if they want get better lifting power on planets.

As most ships have weapons that will target small ship escape pods quickly, I don't include them. If I was making a cinematic then maybe I would retrofit one in.

@Venom415 do you make any ships with escape pods?

this ship has no top thrusters, and can barely carry its own weight in atmosphere. so it basically cant fly in space, without spinning in circles to counter the lack of 3D thrust. And can barley fly in atmosphere, add any real weight and it will crash.

@venom415 for some reason the ship goes down at 11 meters per second when all the thrusters are on idk what the hell is going on but its annoying as hell

I got quite a few of my own ships that still need to be finished so I don't do one on ones with people when it comes to builds. Struggling is part of the process of becoming a better builder and the best way to learn how to build is by making mistakes and seeing what works better, and a prime rule of SE is never make a ship rely only on hydrogen as that is meant to be a supporting thruster for the others; not a primary thruster.

Hello Venom, couldent find eny other way to contact you, and sorry for asking this, but is it possible for you to maybe help me build a only hydrogen fighter?, I know its alot to ask and you dont even know me but I am really struggeling, if you read all this then thanks :)

I love the retractable landing gear mod and I wish they could make a vanilla version, however the whole shtick of my RCSP fleet is that it is 100% vanilla so people can modify it if they want to or build it in any server without having to worry about missing blocks.

BTW I am a big fan of your builds they are so cool.

Hey venom I just read a bout your problem of no landing gear because they just stick out. I suggest that you check out the "Retractable Landing Gear" Mod by: Takeshi. Its really cool and their able to hide away when turned off (and not locked) and extend when turned on. Here is a link so you can check it out.

It didn't do that before on any of the planets when I uploaded, but you're right about it being only in the alien planet.. seems keen has another bug to fix..

It does seem damage, at least for me, on the Alien Planet. I forgot to mention what planet i was on, It doesn't seem to damage on the Earthlike planet though. I JUST tested it by flying at full speed and going over a hill, so maybe it was doing more power than normal because the alien planet has 1.10 G?

I just tested and the large atmo thrusters don't damage the large hydrogen thrusters, I tested it as well before I released the ship. as for landing gear; I couldn't fit it anywhere without depressurizing the interior or having it stick out like a soar thumb.
You can have a ship sit on the ground with its dampeners off and it will be fine; but I recommend using the merge blocks on the bottom and connect it to a platform on the ground.

Uhhh the big side-forward atmos thrusters hit and damage the big side-forward hydrogen thrusters... at least for me...
Also, is there no landing gear? How am i supposed to land?

The Hinges aren't DLC and are free to everyone so that means a big yes. As to what I will use it on, it depends if it is beneficial to a design or not. Hard to say until I start testing :P

@venom415 will you be using any of the new DLC hinges and thrusters to any vessels you'll be making in the future?

@Vanlabyrinth The first two worked very well but lacked features compared to this version, I've already listed new features thats been added to the Mk3.
@hyliankirbyyt it could be possible, merge blocks and the connector make for an easy solid connection to a base platform with additional facilities for say production or storage!

That is awesome! I wonder if I can make this into a merging base, with this at the core, and when it's docked it could be part of a static grid. When I take off, it'll leave all that behind and transform into that.
