I havent played this game in like years but I think theres like a setting for the scale of the Meshes and theres a different setting for each state the item is in.

In blender i didnt realise the scale was like 1000. so when i exported it it came out that big.

Oh, no! Please don't do that. I loathe Kensi's sword holder. nuooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! Please leave it as it is. I just want to carry a sword around and use it. Like heavy weapons. You carry a heavy weapon and you swing it. But wait, did Claymores usually pull their swords out of the knife house?

So what I might do is make griffiths armor and make the claymore ladies armor one armor peice. so if a woman wears it its claymore and if a male wears it its griffith. but yea that will take a while.
