Yes, the adjusted "painting" will automatically apply, and I think it should add the two extra connections, but it might not add the connections to existing buildings (I am not sure).

I live on the Eastern border, so there are a lot of these churches here. I might make a bigger one.

I didn't know there were orthodox churches in Poland :P
This one looks modest enough so that I may tolerate it in my republic ^_^
