Awesome work, thank you for sharing! +1 to Xarnila's comment. I came here to suggest being able to auto upgrade the population cap. A check box or a config file where you rank or sort by completion preference would be an awesome addition to the mod.

If you want to make the mod perfect:
Make a check box on each upgrade in the points menu.
Then the mod will buy everything checked.

...after that the mod just need to play the game for me. :steamhappy:

You're right, it makes a lot more sense to upgrade efficiency first and point capacity afterwards.
Updated the mod just now.
Anyone prefers the old behaviour please let me know, I can add an option for it
