since you can't patch a metadata file, there's no way for one mod to change the priority of another mod, nor add another mod to that mod's includes section. because of this, the issue circles back around to those old death animation mods needing to update, which is unlikely to happen, since most of those mod developers are gone.
but like i said, starbound will prioritize its own load order system over the steam one. if two mods have the same priority, the workshop load order will likely allow you to shift them around, this is true. but if one mod has a priority value over the other, i very much doubt the workshop load order is going to affect them.
here's a printscreen of the what it looks like.
"includes" : ["Pandoras-Box"]
this will force their resprite mod to load after Pandora's Box, thus solving the issue. Otherwise, the resprite mod would need to be republished or reformatted to use a patch method instead of a direct image replacement, but reposting someone else's work without explicit permission can be problematic.
it seems werid that they are only black and not other colors they don't really fit in
If the petless sail station only works with BYOS well I'm screwed
Is it like a SAIL panels or is it just some you place down
I tried to use the pet remover but that just causes a looping problem with the pets.
