I found that this mod has a seemingly unintentional side effect. I subscribed to all the QoL mods and then disabled them several at a time until by process of elimination I found my issue was solved with only this one disabled.

When this mod is active, it seems that all the ground resource icons are simply hidden and there is no way to get them back or select them to see their remaining stock (no, the "i" key toggle does not work either). Removing only this one mod completely resolves the issue.
