@MXMS GoodCat - Thank you for leaving a comment. Educated workers do not consume as much alcohol as non-educated, however, alcohol improves happiness, which, in underdeveloped cities, may require larger reserves of this resource. Personally, I try to reduce alcoholism among workers, but maybe one day I will play completely the opposite ;)
The general objectives were:
* increase the resource buffer in the cities,
* give more options to players,
* reduce the number of slots in the distribution office required to supply the city.
* reduce traffic in cities with the least amount of space for warehouses (read 1st point),
