Use these commands

cl_crosshair_green
cl_crosshair_red
cl_crosshair_blue
values between "0" and "255"

say if i were to type cl_crosshair_blue.

It would only affect the color of your crosshair. Nothing more, nothing less.

to make your xhair not move:

cl_crosshair_dynamic "0"

to change the color of your xhair:

cl_crosshair_green
cl_crosshair_red
cl_crosshair_blue
values between "0" and "255"

to change the thickness:

cl_crosshair_thickness "insert desired thickness"

It's just the means of popularity, those that create skins without any audience ( friends ) to share with, just spam the popular skins to get some attension.
To me it's just an insult. Kinda feeling sorry for the high pop. skinners, cause of some random guys spamming with the same comments.
