Well, nice map. I having fun with it for around a year, yeah, but all these ragdolls(mattreses and corpses)... it makes my PC struggle as if i`d launch CoD on max setting on it. Pls fix

For the people who have episode 2 and css installed, but still have missing textures, there is a fix. In the main menu/pause menu, look at the down right part of the screen and click the button that says "Games". Then find ep2 and css and mount them by checking the boxes.

try to run it with +mat_dxlevel 95

Fixed in Multiplayer for real this time, I promise! I shortened the name even more because even with my original name shortening it was looking for '.bs' instead of '.bsp'

Alrighty, thanks for your responses then. I should be clear that when I press the button that activates them they do start up, and will scan, but will not shoot the combine.

That's just the turrets not activating at all then, if they're not shooting the combine and the combine aren't shooting back. I'll see what could be causing it.

Again sorry for late response, yes, I get the turrets through the method you gave, and range is not an issue- They won't shoot at the Combine, regardless of range. They could be in the turret's face and it won't even activate. Combine don't shoot the turrets either.

This map can't be used in multiplayer because the filename is literally too long and looks for 'maps/combine_house_onslaught_v112_endle' instead of 'maps/combine_house_onslaught_v112_endless'. Singleplayer wouldn't encounter this issue. Might be a SRCDS specific limitation, not sure. But that's where I and all my friends are encountering it.

May I suggest shortening the filename to just _en instead of the full word? Story map can be ended with _st.

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 is required for the plethora of trees and some cliff-face textures, CS:S I put on the list because I probably used it somewhere without realizing.

in the mean time i belive the other textures could be from portal or later half life eppisods

And everyone can start the map individually in singleplayer?
A solution could be to enable multiplayer addon downloads in the options, I'm stumped as to what could cause this.

Loaded the map, went on the map, told friends to play the map, all got the map after they said they couldn't play the map, sat there in confusion after they still couldn't play the map, concluded a bug when saw the comments saying others could not play the map too.

That's very bizarre. I assume all of you waited on the main menu and made sure that it downloaded fully before launching? And you're all absolutely sure that you and your friends have the same map with the same name? I'm not sure if that's something I can fix.

When i try to make a server or join my friend's game on this map it gives me map missing but we both have the map help?

If anything even with the two games mounted, I'm also having errors and missing textures.

Anyone who tries to join my server with this map on gets an error saying the map is missing. We've exhausted the most common fixes.

There's a pair of buttons on one of the control panels, one starts the spawning and the other halts it.

Make sure you have Half-Life 2: Episode 2 and Counter-Strike: Source installed and mounted.
