THere should be no need to get a cube back in any of the levels and iff you miss the glass case I thought I had it set up to incinerate the cube so you could get a new one. Oh and you never need to teleport yourself

Oh, and there really should be a way to respawn cubes. If you send them through glass, you may not be able to get it back.

I have no idea how to solve levels 2 or 5. In level 2, there seems to be nowhere to go (the Sendificator doesn't work on humans), and in level 5 I can't seem to find a way to get any of the other cubes.

Yep those are the Sendificators. Well... All I can think of to fix it and any problems you might have with other maps is to get BEE Mod 2. Unless of course you already have it, in which case I have no idea how to help you. So download BEE 2 at Back Stock.com(that is not a link) install it(you should download the installer) and then use the style changer inside of your Portal2 folder in your steam directory.(running the style changer once enables the program) This might not fix the problem, but at least you'll have BEE 2 to help with your own map making!

Those might be the Sendificators. Do you see any machines with buttons near them?
