hmm i have anohter mod which gives a unlimited vest with 2 shield bars. its nice but dont like it that u reduce the recruitable soldiers (i want an all female team and fire all the urgly male dudes who looks like they r in their forties and mostly r bald)

Does this affect rookies that spawn during the terror missions / Sitrep? I dislike how squishy they are.
