Its making laser sounds, and doing damage, but it looks like its just shooting bullets. Like the laser effect is missing.

Aah okay, no worries! I didn't realise turrets did that, I thought they stopped when pawns were downed.

that's a function of the core game i don't coded anything about how the turret is acting in situations. Any other turret would do the same in this situation.

Hey so I built one of these turrets and I can't tell if it's a bug or not but the turret downed a pawn, and then as I went to go capture them the turret fired again on them and killed them.
