There aren't that many custom specialized commercial assets on the workshop, so this will be a nice addition to those areas.

Somewhere in your descriptions for items like this, would you be so kind as to include the other mods you're using in your more distant screenshots? They're BEAUTIFULLY-realistic looking, and I'm sure many would love to know this information.

Anything regarding ground textures, trees, skies, any additional graphical enhancements etc would be helpful to note. Thanks!

You will get an error if you have RICO and this asset without AD, but if you delete the ploppaple RICO xml from the workshop folder it works like a unique asset. Alternatively you can set a local RICO profile which should fix it ingame.

Amazing texturing! Also, do your leisure assets require After Dark? Some of your theater assets also don't list After Dark as a requirement.
