Report a translation problem
This mod has not been updated since OCT. 6th 2024 which was for ATS version 1.51 for reason(s) unknown. It was a good mod while it lasted, now it's in dire need of TLC which no one can give without the author's consent.
For now this mod appears to be DEAD in the water, ABANDONED like a misfit stepchild unfortunately.
Something I thought of was game install directory. I wonder if somehow the assets in this mod have gabenz88's install path baked in. So the stuttering is I/O as the game searches in that path, but fails to find them.
It's all I can think of, beyond what I posted some months back, with me having the game in a Steam library on E:\ and assuming that gabenz88's install is default C:\Program Files (x86)
The NetImmerse File (NIF) models used by Bethesda have paths to the textures baked into the model.

Similar to ekeri_ there're some errors in the .log, although not causing crashes for me:

As mod author isn't experiencing these I wonder if there's an in-development vehicle defined in the mod but its assets aren't shipped in the mod? But then I have no idea how these mods are packaged.
I still want to see how he deals with the complicated, masterfully crafted livery of Connecticut State Police one day
But who knows, maybe he'll add a mod to specifically bring back the vic & charger like that mod he made to remove the WSP crown vic someday!
