The map is in sandbox and is called gm_outlandcity. Why is it called that? So stupid.

No it wont crash the computer it would only crash gmod and wouldn't cause any permanent damage.

Not necisarily, it depends on your definition of "high end" and wouldn' crash the computer, just gmod
