Thanks for the catch on the grammar! the way the pistols work is that they stay hidden until grievous is in melee combat with an opponent then while they are focused on defending themselves from the 4 lightsabers he can shoot the person at least that's the way he does it in lore. so to simulate that i gave them a very short range. also the precognition of a sith or jedi is no where near perfect so yeah surprise attacks can override it. hope that helped explain my thinking just a little

Head of State: Models in this unit can never gain the effects of sub factions bonuses. Models in this unit can be included in detachments>>with having them lose<<their sub faction bonuses.

Making it sound like they can lose their army benefits, where I believe you meant to type 'without'.

Loving the work. Though I'm twitchy on Grievous/Count Dooku. Grievous's hidden pistols ignore invul saves. But an ability such as Dooku's precognition can be overrided? .. What if you changed it into a Feel No Pain instead, or perhaps make Precognition exempt to such weapons?
