I ran into a small bug, but bug may not be the correct word. builders over unrevealed strategics can harvest some of them, and see others that are listed as requiring a certain tech. Specifically, i found an aluminum that requires radio and a coastal oil tile that had no harvest requirements.

If you want to make perfect version of this concept, I recommend you to add some code about other mod resources. please. As I know, there's harvest functions in 'resourceful2' but not in 'CIVITAS Rescources','Sukritact's Resources','Terra Mirabilis','CIVITAS city states' So please
