I am sorry I forgot to link the needed tram station prop pack. You can choose the "bench with advertising props" files and save them local, if you dont want all props from this pack.

I think it's broken...when I'm trying to build this asset it disappears, getting just an empty field.

Its working. After a while cims will come and take a seat.

Normaally after some time cims will come to take a seat. There is no dlc necessary. I will test it later after my work if its still working or not

any dlc's or props extra needed for this? I plop it and there is nothing on the screen
