Was a fun map except, why does the Bear clan start off with the enemy town halls scouted, the volcanoes scouted, yggdrasil scouted, as well as Valdemar, the Undead, as apart of their warband?

Fun - thanks for sharing it.
It plays like an intro builder scenario as currently balanced (which is perfectly pleasant, but perhaps not what you had in mind). I worked my way through, built the necessary infrastructure, and won the Yggdrasil victory. No chance of failure. The AIs were still three areas short of the victory tree when I finished. If you want to make it more competitive, they will need some boosts.

Pretty fun race to the middle type map. suggestion -- add fishing tile for each player.
